Valerio Soli is Chairman of Proteo Engineering and CEO of Marchesini Group. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bologna, he has extensive international experience in the automatic machinery and packaging sector. He has developed expertise in industrial management and global markets, leading complex organizations. He is President of IPACK-IMA and a member of the UCIMA Board.
CEO
Marco Savigni is founder, partner and CEO of Proteo Engineering. With a technical background, he began his career at Comau and gained experience at Ferrari, developing expertise in industrial and manufacturing environments. A visionary entrepreneur, he has guided the company's evolution, expanding its skills and operational capacity. His contribution is focused on industrial development, organizational growth and integration of expertise.
General Manager
Gabriele Lo Cascio is General Manager of Proteo Engineering, a Marchesini Group company. An industrial engineer, he joined the Group in 2013, gaining international experience in the installation, maintenance and servicing of automatic machines. He subsequently led global service operations developing advanced models. Today he leads the company with a focus on industrial EPC and system integration.
Administration Manager
Monica Gagliardelli is Administration Manager of Proteo Engineering. A graduate in accountancy, she has developed solid experience in accounting, tax and administrative management. Since 2008 she has coordinated the company's administrative activities, ensuring precision, control and reliability in processes. Her contribution is oriented towards organizational stability and management efficiency.
